 After 20 years in the sales industry, Vladir Villagran has become a trusted advisor for all your real estate needs. With exceptional negotiation skills and clear communication, his warm personality ensures a seamless and enjoyable client experience.

Vladir holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Israel. He emphasizes the importance of communication, always accessible via phone, text, or email to assist with buying your dream home, investment property, or selling your home.

Outside of work, Vladir dedicates his time to promoting a nonprofit organization that provides free access to education for underprivileged children in Ecuador. He also enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his grandson, two daughters, and wife.
